Stress, Sleep, and Sadness
As wives and moms, it's so easy to find ourselves feeling stressed. Too much stress usually equals too little sleep, which in turn leaves us more tired, more cranky, and more stressed.

Living in a constant state of stress can disrupt many of our body’s processes and create an increased risk for many health problems including:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Digestive problems
  • Headaches
  • Heart disease
  • Sleep problems
  • Weight gain
  • Memory and concentration impairment
When we experience issues like those, our families can often take the brunt of it.

As we strive to be godly women, we can find ourselves instead snapping at our children, arguing with our husbands, or feeling too exhausted to fulfill our responsibilities.

Join me on Wednesday, July 19 at 7pm Eastern as we chat about some wellness tools available to help us work through daily stressors so that we can embrace the joy and peace God so freely offers to us!
